My science prelim practical was a mess!! In physics, I did the graph wrongly, which caused my calculation of the gradient to go haywire too, and then the paper said: "Adjust the variable resistor to get a reading of 3.0V in the voltmeter." I did just that, but the reading in the voltmeter remained the same. I thought that something was wierd, so I made sure that I had connected the circiuts correctly. Then I tried again and the reading in the voltmeter still remained at 2.0V. THE THOUGHT THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE VARIABLE RESISOR NEVER CROSSED MY MIND. WTH??? So I just guessed all the values that will come out in the voltmeter. Yeah, that's darn stupid. So little children out there, listen to me, don't MAKE SUCH A STUPID MISTAKE LIKE ME. My physics prelim practical is a SURE FAIL...T_T
